Sunrise or Sunset?

This is one of my favorite pictures and the answer to the question will surprise you !

A little known fact about me is that one of my favorite hobby's is to take pictures of sunrise's and sunset's. Living on the foothills of Northern Colorado provides an amazing backdrop for God's Snap Chats of beauty to us all! Sometimes I am blessed to capture it, which I plan to share with you here on my GoLb which is blog spelled backwards which I thought was cool cause it says Go LB!

So did you figure it out?

Is this a picture of a sunrise or sunset?

Here's a hint, it is a picture of the South East plans of Colorado in Mid January of 2019.

Okay hopefully you didn't just skip ahead to this part. The answer is neither, the red glow looks like a sunrise however it is actually caused from a rare astronomical phenomenon called a "Super Blood Wolf Moon". This is when a "Super" moon, a moon that is closer to earth than normal, so it looks huge. And a "Blood" Moon, a moon that looks red because of an eclipse, happen at the same time... pretty darn cool!

And yes I realize, I am the only one that still have my Christmas Lights on. :)
