After the initial shock of covid passes, Madwire employees are charged up like blot of Lightning!

One of the things I love about Madwire is our innovate or die mindset. The greatest worldwide pandemic anyone alive today has ever seen hits and how does the amazing team at Madwire respond?

Well we launched version 3.0 of the #1 marketing platform® for SMB's, that is truly an all in one platform for brands to manage their business and marketing with one login. Leadership announced that employees can now work from anywhere, home, office or the golf course and oh yeah don't forget that comes with UNLIMITED vacation!

All 500+ employees completed personal brand training which consisted of building their own website like mine, setting up email and text message automated journeys. Installing analytics, customizing a CRM using our Social Posting tool to schedule posts.

With the combination of an amazing work life balance program and everyone testing and experiencing our new platform the energy and optimism is at an all time high! That energy resulted in a record sales month in May.

Our mission to bring back the furloughs back is almost fully complete with over 80% of the people we had to furlough returning to full time positions.
